As the Vice President of Digital Strategy, you will be a key senior mover + shaker with the talent, personality, passion, and leadership to help us work smarter, grow faster, and have more fun. You’ll ensure that our beloved clients receive superior service while motivating our team of professionals to achieve enviable, sustainable results. A demonstrated leader, particularly in the digital space, you understand how to drive strategy, excel in client management, and have a proven success rate of increasing growth and profitability across multiple accounts in various sectors. A top candidate for the Vice President of Digital Strategy role is a self-starter, highly organized multi-tasker, adept project manager, and seasoned presenter. Additionally, you’ll be a trusted advisor and highly collaborative thought-leader who can liaise cross-functionally with a variety of working styles to exceed goals, for both our clients and our colleagues alike. 


  • Lead, strengthen and grow our digital practice
  • Develop compelling digital strategic plans/proposals/budgets & make them happen
  • Help create the conditions for outstanding creative in the digital space
  • Ensure seamless strategic integration of traditional and digital campaigns
  • Champion superb quality work-product  and ensure outstanding client service
  • Partner with Creative Directors to champion creative work with stopping power
  • Inspire, train & nurture team members; identify and implement growth opportunities
  • Streamline/fine tune internal process to optimize productivity, efficiency, esprit de corps
  • Advocate for leading edge technology/digital innovation
  • Play a vital role in new business development
  • Help develop and reinforce a winning, fun company culture


  • 10 + years, mostly agency-side, of digital marketing/advertising including strategic and client leadership experience
  • 5+ years of formal personnel management with multiple direct reports
  • Experience with extending traditional PR campaigns through the digital space, creating a seamless audience experience regardless of platform
  • Understanding and love of differentiating creative and innovative solutions - strategies you might implement will stem from a deep bench of experience in digital advertising, email marketing, content creation, influencer engagement, blogger relations, and more 
  • Balanced, results-driven, brand-passionate, consumer-centric philosophy
  • Willingness to become personally immersed in select assignments; train others by unpretentious example
  • Persuasive written and personal presentation skills
  • Natural tendency to be nimble, adaptable, collaborative, affable, and cool under fire
  • Confident and quick writing and editorial acumen, adept at both producing and directing the crafting of top-quality content
  • Detail oriented with a steadfast commitment to organization and follow-through 
  • Sharp understanding and experience seeing B2B and B2C PR and marketing campaigns through from start to finish
  • Deep experience with reporting, metrics, and analytics with a finely-tuned sense for demonstrating value and providing actionable insights
  • Adept at managing up or down, and the desire to constantly reach for the unattainable… and best of all, prepare and present the unexpected and the delightful
