Melody’s varied experience covers many facets – account and team management across North America, strategic planning, media relations, stakeholder campaigns and crisis & issues management. Her career spans both the B2B and B2C spaces, which allows her to apply many best practices to enable client success.
Melody specializes in working with clients with broad stakeholder audiences to develop integrated programs marrying different disciplines in marketing and communications to deliver exceptional results. Her clients have spanned across a number of sectors from real estate, technology, travel, consumer packaged goods, and financial services. She has also done work with numerous non-profits and NGOs.
Currently Melody is one of the lead crisis communications and reputation management professionals for Environics. Throughout her career, Melody has led programs from new consumer product launches, to consumer and stakeholder engagement programs, to media relations and thought leadership campaigns.
In her spare time, Melody learns how to improve her golf swing and is a member of a book club.
