Nicole Kubasik is an integrated communications strategist with expertise in public relations, social media marketing and analytics. She brings to this field a passion for storytelling and being at the forefront of everything social. At Environics, she works to develop and implement successful marketing and communications campaigns. Nicole works with a variety of clients including AWHONN, Nutricia, The MasterCard Foundation and MyWave, among others.
Before joining Environics, Nicole worked on the digital corporate team at a public relations agency in Washington, D.C. In this role, she managed several social communities for healthcare, technology and consumer clients. As a member of the creative services team, Nicole designed rich media assets using the latest digital platforms. Her design portfolio includes infographics, stop-motion videos, GIFs and images for social. In addition to writing the content, she tracked metrics to compile reports that provided analysis of media coverage and online conversation. Nicole was also involved in several crisis initiatives. She supported the accounts by monitoring social platforms and recommending responses as necessary.
Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Alabama (UA). While attending UA, she worked as an event and graphic design intern for the athletic department. In this role, she designed billboards and social media graphics to promote upcoming games and
events. She simultaneously worked for WVUA23, a professional television station, where she developed and implemented a rebranding campaign to a viewership for 2.08 million consumers.
